Design

We will work with you to design a landscape specifically for your home or business. The landscape design process begins with a meeting between ShrubWorks’ staff and you, our client, at your home or business. At this meeting, we will ask questions about your needs and desires for your landscape, and determine any specific likes or dislikes you may have. We will also measure take measurements and pictures that will be used in the design process.

Upon completion of a landscape design, we will meet with you to discuss the plan and describe the plant material used in the design. We provide color pictures of all plants, and samples of mulch, stone or hardscape materials proposed in the design. At this meeting, we also provide a detailed estimate for the cost of installing the landscape.

After any necessary revisions to the design and/or estimate, and if the proposal is accepted by the client, we will schedule a tentative start date for installation.

Although at the current time most of the designs are drawn by hand, we have the ability to produce a computer image of the finished landscape project. This will enable you to visualize the project when completed. We can also show you what your business or residence will look like with night and holiday lighting.
